Yes, all products listed on our website are original works by the designers including celebrity endorsements. We do not sell replica works or inspirations. We are the official sellers of all the labels listed. We only sell authentic designer Indian fashion products and no imitations.
Riviera Closet is a multi designer label platform featuring various designs from ethnic clothing designs, indo-western clothing designs, indian sarees, indian jewelry sets from world renowned brands such as Amrapali, women shoes such as luxury juttis and kolhapuris, potli bags and even up to beauty and skin care products. Besides our online presence, we also organise trunk show events featuring the indian designer brands that are with us.
You get to discover the latest and newest designs and most of all, we are bringing to you a growing range of designer products to you under our brand. Oh, did we mention that the price is the same or even cheaper including the shipping fee if you buy from us instead of buying online from individual designers directly!
Slow Fashion considers the processes and resources required to make clothing, primarily focusing on sustainability factors. Factors such as better-quality garments that will last for longer and values fair treatment of people, animals and the planet. Brands that believe in slow fashion typically do not mass produce their designs and some manufacture upon orders placed.

With our logistics partner, DHL, orders are usually delivered within 7-10 working days once the stock has been readied. However, there may be delays due to weather which we are not able to control and seek your kind understanding.
Do take note that for most orders, they usually need time for manufacturing as designers don’t mass produce their stocks. In the event a ready stock is available you’ll receive them as soon as 5 working days. Otherwise it will take as mentioned on the delivery tab of the product page :)
Look out for the delivery schedule on the product page under the delivery tab to learn how long the product might take to manufacture which affects the delivery schedule. And if you do require express delivery do get in touch with our team.

We currently offer door to door delivery to the following countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, Thailand, New Zealand, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Italy, Philippines and Sri Lanka.

At this point, due to Malaysian customs regulations, we are not allowed to ship cosmetics into Malaysia. We do apologise for the inconvenience and we do hope that in the near future we will be able to solve this issue :)

All Singapore customers will have to pay 7% GST on single orders above $500.
As for international customers outside of Singapore, duties will vary accordingly and you are required to make payment upon receiving your order which our shipping partner will help you out with.
Unfortunately, at the present moment we do not provide alterations and saree blouse sewing services. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Yes ! If there is a design that you like and you don’t see your measurement, get in touch with our team with the product you are interested in and we would be happy to assist you.
Please do note that for custom sizes or bespoke services there will be additional charges which our team will advice beforehand. As for shoes, only some brands allow for customisation. Do get in touch via the contact form here

Do note that as your orders will be coming from various designers located in various locations, there may be some time differences in reaching you. They should take the estimated time as shown on the product delivery tab section of the product you’ve placed an order for. In the event there’s a delay and you’ve not heard from our team, please do feel free to contact us here.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. In the event you’ve received an item that is damaged, please do not remove the original tags and send us an email with the details of the damage with a photo so that our team would be able to assist you. Do contact uswith your order details here.

While we would like to assist you on order cancellations and refunds, do take note that it would be done on a case by case basis.
Do try to help us,our designers and the artisans, by placing orders that you are certain about as most of the works are manufactured and produced only upon an order is placed. That is to say, every artisan and worker begins their work for your order and cancellation after an order is confirmed is not the best for all of us.
Orders placed during sale and or promotional periods are unfortunately not eligible for returns and refunds if the item was under a sale or promotional price. While we generally discourage customers from returns during these sale and promotional periods, if you are truly not satisfied, we are happy to assist you nonetheless.
For all International orders outside Singapore, please note that they are currently not eligible for returns or exchanges.
